A Bick-Quick Tip: the best way to remove eye makeup is with inexpensive (or free!) eye cream. You know those samples you get at Lancome whenever there's a GWP going on? Don't ditch your tried and true eye cream or get off of your regular skincare regimen just to try something new. Use your free samples to your advantage without wasting money on unnecessary, special "eye makeup remover" products!
After washing your face and removing as much eye makeup as possible with your face-wash alone (be gentle around your eyes, though, especially if you use an anti-acne or other harsh cleanser), close your eyes and smear a generous amount of eye cream over your lids, underneath them (where mascara residue tends to collect), and on the brow bone. Remove by gently wiping away the cream with a flat cotton pad (cotton balls don't absorb as well, and you have to use several just to get it all off, plus they leave behind the whatever they didn't catch on the first swipe).
Didn't realize your facial cleanser had left behind that much eye makeup residue, did you?
Still love my mascara but hate removing it,
